DirecTV offers signature streaming packages, and its basic plan starts at $90 a month with fees (without the promo rates). YouTube TV, Sling, Fubo and Hulu Plus Live TV's plans all cost more, affecting the value of these services based on their channel lineups. With channel losses and price hikes, some of services may seem less appealing.

Today, Fubo announced that monthly prices for some of its “Live TV” subscription plans, which include hundreds of channels, including non-sports ones like FX and The Disney Channel, will be up to 14.8 percent cheaper. The new pricing starts with “bill cycle dates on or after January 1, 2026,” Fubo said.

In a J.D. Power study, YouTube TV rated highest (651), edging out Hulu + Live TV (625). And on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), YouTube TV’s 76 rating is third-highest behind Sling TV (80) and Hulu Live (77).
