Zoro is reliable. They are a division of Grainger.com, who is a huge MRO company.We use both frequently and never had any problems. It sounds like the Zoro staff is concerned about CC fraud. Maybe call and explain the situation. Customer service for us has always been great.
So Zoro unlocking it in this Arc makes no sense as he isn’t the focus and it would take away from Luffy’s reveal of Conqueror’s. PunkHazard is the same thing. Not focusing on Zoro that much and it’s really not thematically relevant for him to unlock it here.
