Java. Java has a lot of different versions I can play on and much more servers. It is also extremely customizable unlike Bedrock, which is extremely hard to mod. Plus, some of the animations don't suck.
I dont think you could possibly get false banned by trying to login on bedrock edition. I dont know how coding/java works, but I do know that you cant get banned from entering the IP of a server that runs on a completely different version of the game, even so, how would it matter if your banned on bedrock, as you cant log into the server ...
