Siince purchasing a new Windows 11 computer and connecting my printer, the top of every page is missed off when printing. This happens in all programmes, Word, Excel, Adfobe etc. Is there a fix for this as I cannot find one in settings?
All programmes and files were backed up to external disk using HP recovery and backup. System recovered and backed up WIM files recovered to desktop into "system recovery files shortcut" and they are present on my "C" hard drive. Question: How do I open them and restore everything to its original location.
My new Omen PC "C" drive is almost full with little storage space and yet is the default drive for all programmes e.g. photos video, installations. "D" drive has all the empty storage space ( 2 TB) Can someone explain that to me please??
So again uninstalled the HP programmes, and again tried to reinstall from the original CD ROM disk - this time spotted the unobtrusive bit at the bottom where it allows you to ignore teh recommendation to do the setup online. All reinstalled and, for the moment at least, seems to be working with colour option (and fixed scanning as well)
